Shipping policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened food, supplements, and topical products cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.
